THE STORY
The context.
Built as a senior project for the School of Management at Mae Fah Luang University, SOM BI addresses an administrative problem: individual lecturer records are difficult to understand at program level. The project brings those records into role-based dashboards and visual comparisons for the school.

My role.
Team contribution to implementation, integration, internal setup, and deployment as part of the Vanguard senior-project team.

The details that make it work.
- Nuxt/Vue dashboards for administrators and lecturers, backed by Express and MySQL.
- Integration with the university E-port KPI system across teaching, research, academic service, administration, and arts and culture.
- Program mapping, evaluation-period selection, aggregate views, and individual drill-downs.
- Institution-scoped authentication and role-based access. The operational deployment and university data remain private.
