THE STORY

The context.

A logistics platform for Golden Gate GGT Co., Ltd., rooted in Chiang Mai. The public website connects to staff, customer, and courier workspaces, following each parcel from booking through dispatch and delivery. The system is in an operational pilot; native app distribution and wider carrier rollout remain in progress.

MY CONTRIBUTION

My role.

Full-stack logistics platform implementation: the public website, shared shipment API, Laravel web workspaces, and Flutter staff, customer, and courier applications.

INSIDE THE BUILD

The details that make it work.

• Individually identified parcels, printable QR labels, vehicle manifests, and recorded branch handovers.
• Parcel trace history, partial receipts, delivery evidence, and exception handling.
• Separate staff, customer, and courier workflows with role-based access.
• Manual collection and cash-settlement records, with auditable updates and retry-safe operations.
